How do I retrieve lost FTP / Cpanel passwords?

You can change your Cpanel password on your client area. Go to Xhuma Connect and log in with your details, then you go to services > My Services and then select on the package service and then on the left, under actions, select on Change password and you can change the Cpanel password there.
