Access cPanel from a web browser
How to access cPanel from a Web Browser:
1. cPanel can be accessed on the web browser, it listens on port 2083 e.g www.domain-name.co.za:2083
It should open a cPanel webpage, as shown below.
2. Insert the username and password which was provided to you.
If you cannot access your cPanel or if you do not remember your login details, please open a support ticket from your customer portal or send an email to support@hostafrica.co.za requesting the login details.
Please take a screenshot of the error you are getting and send it to us below is an example. As soon as we receive your email, we will resend your login details to you.
