Removing Blocked IPs From CSF Firewall
Your IP or your customers IP can get blocked for a wide variety of reasons(email authentication, cPanel login authentication etc). You can check your IP/your customers IP using the link below:
If your IP is blocked, you would need to login to your server on a different network, for example, you can setup a hotspot on your phone to clear the IP you have for example on your fibre connection that is being blocked.
Please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your server via WHM
- Search "firewall" in your WHM search bar and select "ConfigServer Security & Firewall"
- Scroll down to the Quick Allow field, input the blocked IP and click on the Quick Allow button.
- The blocked IP will be unblocked and whitelisted, in order to prevent it being blacklisted in future.
