Removing Blocked IPs From CSF Firewall

Your IP or your customers IP can get blocked for a wide variety of reasons(email authentication, cPanel login authentication etc). You can check your IP/your customers IP using the link below:

If your IP is blocked, you would need to login to your server on a different network, for example, you can setup a hotspot on your phone to clear the IP you have for example on your fibre connection that is being blocked.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your server via WHM
  2. Search "firewall" in your WHM search bar and select "ConfigServer Security & Firewall"
  3. Scroll down to the Quick Allow field, input the blocked IP and click on the Quick Allow button.
  4. The blocked IP will be unblocked and whitelisted, in order to prevent it being blacklisted in future.
